From the Himalayas. Very fragrant. A pyramidal tree growing to 60m. Easy working wood. Use both the leaves and wood in potpourri. It can be trained for bonsai. A very stately tree. Normally will produce 2 inch needles on drooping branches and cones up to 5 inches long.
